All for One and One for All
After dinner the other night, Victoria & Anthony (two of my grandchildren) held plastic swords high and,. with determination and strong lungs, they yelled over and over, "All for one and one for all."
Their chants made me think about what it's like to go into business with a partner. At the beginning we're excited about what lies ahead and all the great things we'll accomplish together. But just like any other relationship, we experience ups and downs.
So what is it that dampens our "all for one and one for all" attitude? And what can we do to be sure that we continue moving together in the same direction?
Thoughts?
