Bio - Ann Griffiths
Ann's deceptively quiet and calm approach brings a focused energy to the center of the storm and enables you to focus on your long-term vision, streamline your efforts, and stay balanced with the rest of your life while you grow your business.
A creative thinker with strong business sense and a great deal of heart, Ann Griffiths is a communicator in the truest sense of the word - she knows how to listen. Ann has the rare and uncanny ability to really hear what is being said and, just as important, what isn't. She listens carefully between the lines.
One coaching session with Ann and it's obvious that she knows what she's talking about. She brings extensive experience as both a senior executive and an entrepreneur to her coaching. Well-respected and known in professional circles, Ann has been invited to sit at the table as a peer with some of the best minds in business. She has lived, survived and thrived in highly competitive industries and brings her knowledge, expertise and insight to everything she does.
As well as driving success and growth, Ann has also experienced the more difficult side of business. She managed these challenges with integrity and compassion, keeping her priority on the people involved. When a client needs guidance on a less positive side of their business, Ann understands and brings that level of depth to her coaching.
Ann's previous roles in the corporate hierarchy and in building and managing her own businesses included the opportunity to mentor and coach.
Inspired by the realization that she loves to coach, speak, and write - and is good at it - she made a professional choice to start her coaching business in 2003.
Ann not only brings life experience to her work, she also brings education in business and marketing and a professional foundation in the skills, philosophy and psychology of coaching. She takes the role of a coach very seriously. Seriously enough that before she felt she could respectfully call herself a coach, she made sure that her skill set met the professional standards of the coaching industry. Ann is also a member of the International Coach Federation and other business-related associations.
